LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
The Leadership Programme is a bespoke programme for the extended leadership that helps leaders to define their unique leadership signature
Ben curates a series of speakers who explore a set of pre-agreed topics
Working with the leader of the business Ben will agree one topic per quarter that will be explored on a monthly basis by the extended leadership community. With a time commitment of between 60-90 minutes per month, we create a quarterly cadence as follows: CONTEXT, CONTENT, COMMITMENTS
1. CONTEXT
Ben will set up the topic at the start of each quarter with a presentation followed by Q&A. In this session, we set a broad context by introducing the key ideas, insights and tools that will be explored more fully in months two and three of the quarter.
WHY
2. CONTENT
In this second session of the quarter Ben will interview one of the inspirational speakers from the roster. The interview format allows us to direct the conversation with the likes of a Dan Carter or a Kate Richardson-Walsh, exactly where the client wants it to go.
WHAT
3. COMMITMENTS
In the third session of the quarter, we will send the entire leadership community off into breakout groups of five and six. This can be up to 500 people. Whilst in breakouts the delegates will be trying to turn the insights and tools that they have heard into tangible commitments.
HOW
With the three sessions completed, we move to the next topic but repeat the methodology
