We take teams of 6-8 people though a six part teamship programme

Irrespective of whether we are working remotely or face to face, during a Teamship Programme run by Ben Fennell, we will develop ideas and actions that create accelerated growth for the individual, the team and the business. We engage guest speakers to energise and inspire in an intimate and informal environment. Please review our carefully selected roster of speakers. We understand that great answers only ever come from asking great questions. So Ben works very closely with the client leader to ensure that the brief and objectives for the Teamship Programme are very precise. Teamship Audit

We have now audited over 1000 executives with our proprietary audit tool. We invite individuals to score their teamship behaviours from 1 to 5 across fifteen dimensions. This allows us to do three things:

I. Identify a team’s relative strengths and work ons with a simple traffic light system
II. Measure progress over time
III. Benchmark performance against other organisations
